Low-carbon unalloyed mild steels for cold reducing with the obligation of batch annealing
Flat / Hot Rolled
Flat steel products are obtained by heating semi-finished products with a rectangular cross-section (slab), which are produced by the continuous casting method, to a specific temperature and then rolling them, with thicknesses ranging from 1.40 to 25.40 mm and widths ranging from 700 to 2025 mm, produceed as coil or by cutting/slit-coiling flat steel products from coils.
Low-carbon unalloyed mild steels for cold reducing with the obligation of batch annealing
- Cu + Ni + Cr + Mo ≤ 0.21 %
- Mechanical test is not carried out.
- The limitation requests for the residual elements (Cu, Ni, Cr, Mo) which are not mentioned on the table are subjected to negotitation for special application purposes.
- Suitable for batch annealing after cold reducing.
- Deoxidation method of this products is fully-killed. Minimum aluminium to nitrogen ratio is 2:1.
- Tensile test values are measured in the longitudinal direction in accordance with A 370 Test Methods and Definitions
- Mechanical test is not carried out. Mechanical test is carried out only when specified at the time of enquiry and order.
